Recruiter I (Contingent)

If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon Amazon is seeking 'Recruiter I' Key Responsibilities: • Recruiters will be100% front end sourcing, no client engagement. • Posting job vacancies and promoting roles on various social media platforms. • Conducting initial resume reviews and providing feedback to candidates. • Generating reports and documenting interview outcomes. • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively. • Capturing market data and insights to inform recruitment strategies. • Sourcing passive talent and selling open positions to them. • Developing job postings that accurately represent the roles and participating in job fairs and recruitment events. • Mostly focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations). • Must be very strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing. • Expected... to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week. • Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week) Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field. • Proficiency in MS Excel • Experience with ATS • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field. Skills: • Strong understanding of candidate profiles and success profiles. • Experience with pipeline reporting. • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with reporting metrics. • Ability to turn around candidate feedback in a timely manner. Note: This is a Remote/Virtual contract role and is perfect for those seeking flexible work arrangements.
