Pay rate- $18-$20/hr on W2 Contract-18 months with possible Extension We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills This role involves managing customer service tasks related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations, resolving claims and complaints effectively and in line with consumer laws, and developing initiatives to educate and inform customers. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. • Maintain positive customer relationships and address claims and complaints fairly and effectively. • Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to proactively educate and inform customers. • Create improvement plans based on team efforts in purchase order collections. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field. • Demonstrated computer skills. • Knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or training. • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines for decision-making. • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in your discipline.
