Description Crockett County Schools is on the lookout for a polite and professional call center representative who will work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding service. This role involves answering questions, addressing complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to our products and services. Responsibilities • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, providing possible solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued. • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any conflicts if necessary. • Build lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust and reliability. • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively. • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing consistent excellent customer service. • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice. • Strong understanding of company products, services, and policies. • Proficiency in computer use, especially with CRM software, along with strong typing skills. • Ability to ask probing questions and defuse tense situations effectively. • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
