Employer Industry: Professional Association in Radiology Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary up to $128,300 • Comprehensive benefits package including a defined contribution pension plan and 403(b) • Generous paid time off and wellness reimbursement • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment • Innovative culture that values employee contributions and teamwork What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Build, implement, and manage image preprocessing, segmentation, and annotation workflows for multiple research projects • Develop algorithms and statistical models, performing analyses appropriate to data and reporting requirements • Employ tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize multivariate relationships in data • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate image processing pipelines to stakeholders • Collaborate with internal and external partners on data collection and analysis methods What Is Required (Qualifications) • Minimum of 10 years of related experience preferred • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Life Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Physics • Experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for image segmentation and predictive modeling • Expertise in image preprocessing and segmentation for biomarker extraction, specifically radiomic feature extraction • Experience with shell scripting for automating workflows and managing data processing tasks How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience integrating Python-based image processing and analysis pipelines with MiM or similar platforms • Experience developing neural network models and applying principal component analysis (PCA) and elastic net regularization techniques #RadiologyResearch #DataAnalysis #MachineLearning #CareerOpportunity #HealthcareInnovation At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
