Marketing - Training Delivery Specialist

As a Training Delivery Specialist for the Marketing Technology and Project Management workflows, you will be responsible for providing... coaching, training, and mentoring, and provide domain expertise on client specified processes and products. You will coordinate and oversee internal and external training operations and promote a team-orientated, improvement focused environment. This position will establish and manage relationships between key internal customers, clients, and other stakeholders and own all end-to-end product knowledge management. Position Responsibilities • Deliver product and process training including onboarding, refresher training, and regular PKTs (product knowledge tests). • Conduct floor refresher training as when necessary aligned with the TNI across all MarTech workflows . • Knowledge capture & transfer during expansion and new product launches. • Identify relevant training needs for individuals and workflows in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available. • Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements), and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization /leadership as appropriate. • Monitor, measure and report on employees' training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. • Develop self, and retain knowledge in relevant fields always. • Interact with training vendors and attend related training conferences and seminars. • Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc. • Implement accurate and detailed project plans that align to the business cycle and use good judgment when in contact with sensitive and highly confidential information. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business or information technology or equivalent experience. Marketo Certification (MCE) is a must have. • Overall 5+ years experience with 2+ years experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, etc. • 3+ years experience in facilitation, peer to peer coaching, or teaching MarTech Program Management and development of email programs. • Experience in various email technology tools and digital marketing automation program management such as email, paid media, event experience • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for the development and facilitation of complex training content.
