Location: Hybrid/Remote Option Available Department: Human Resources Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Consultant to join our innovative Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development and execution of effective talent acquisition strategies aimed at engaging and attracting high-caliber candidates for key leadership roles. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement competitive recruitment strategies to engage passive candidates in a challenging market. • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, assessing candidates, and coordinating interviews. • Provide expert guidance to hiring authorities and search committees on best practices in recruitment. • Proactively cultivate relationships with top talent through networking and engagement efforts. • Design and deliver training materials focused on recruitment and talent acquisition best practices. • Utilize talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to broaden outreach efforts. • Support campus partners in managing candidate pipelines and orchestrating interview itineraries. • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes. • Promote the employer brand through informative sessions, event attendance, and visibility initiatives. Required Skills • Proficient in candidate screening, ensuring suitability for interviews. • Expertise in staffing and recruiting to attract and retain qualified personnel. • Strong emotional intelligence, capable of managing emotions and demonstrating resilience. • Political acumen, with an understanding of organizational dynamics. • Flexibility to adapt to evolving environments and priorities. • Skilled in conflict management and resolution. • Analytical prowess to assess issues and formulate effective solutions. • Problem-solving skills to identify and address organizational challenges. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of two years in a similar position or relevant experience. • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with experience in higher education, coaching, public speaking, project management, and customer service.
