These guidelines encompass managing electronic payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, besides cash and check transactions • Be knowledgeable and adhere to the regulations for approving and tendering merchant coupons, restrictions on cash deficits, and loss prevention guidelines • Understanding our target audience is essential to promoting our sales and services effectively. Keep track of customer demographics and preferences to tailor your messaging accordingly • Attend to phone calls by sorting them into priority levels and providing relevant information accordingly • Regular auditing of the overall inventory control system can help to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, providing timely solutions and ensuring that the system remains effective • Implement the computerized system's established procedures for managing and monitoring the inventory of non-prescription medications, including re-ordering, receipt, and storage of stock • Follow the prescribed procedures of the department by maintaining clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas • By listening actively and responding appropriately, you can recognize customers' concerns and demonstrate that you value their opinion • Uphold and reinforce hygiene and safety guidelines and procedures following the company and health code regulations.
