Remote Customer Service Representative

POSITION PURPOSE Financialize.com is an online lead generation company that sells qualified retirement planning leads to financial professionals. The appointment agent will call leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call. The agent will qualify the customer using a script to confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment. REQUIREMENTS Previous telecommunication experience Reliable computer, headset, and Internet connection Dedicated quiet at-home work set-up BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Previous outbound appointment setting experience is preferred Previous sales experience is helpful Basic computer skills Ability to accept coaching and training to enhance job performance Ability to write a grammatically correct paragraph from notes taken during phone calls DESIRED SKILLS Ability to complete phone calls in a helpful and professional manner Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with... customers Ability to show empathy, patience, and tolerance to all customers APPLY Please forward a current resume, with a cover letter.
