Responsibilities and Duties Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence. • Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. • Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-user’s questions and concerns. • Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures. • Attend training as needed. • Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks. Qualifications and Skills • Proper telephone etiquette • Effective listening & comprehension skills • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills • Analytical & resourceful problem-solving skills • High level of accuracy & attention to detail • Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic. • Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively. Education/Experience • High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service. • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center. • Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
