Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual who is confident and experienced in providing exceptional customer service through tele chat and live chat. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through tele chat and live chat channels - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to customers in a timely manner - Accurately log and document customer interactions and technical resolutions - Proactively escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution - Continuously stay up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech support environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Fast and accurate typing skills - Proficiency in commonly used customer service applications and software - Experience with live chat and tele chat systems a plus Personal Attributes: - Highly customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills - Positive and professional attitude - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement within our fast-paced and growing organization.
