Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position ranges from (29.90/hr to )48.55/hr, influenced by factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and relevant experience. Hired applicants are eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs, subject to eligibility requirements. Skills • Proficiency in GIS software, particularly Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server) • Strong knowledge of geoprocessing tools and techniques • Excellent cartographic design skills • Ability to analyze and interpret spatial data • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders Responsibilities • Conduct geographical mapping and analysis using geoprocessing tools • Collaborate with real estate supervisors to gather requirements for mapping needs • Create professional map documents and reports for various projects • Support custom map design and presentation to stakeholders • Research and implement technological advancements in GIS • Maintain and audit spatial datasets for data integrity • Provide ongoing training and support for GIS software Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience in database usage preferred • U.S. Citizenship or authorized work status required Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Degrees in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with GIS databases and technologies.
