Remote Teacher for Infant and Toddler Development

Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate educators who are committed to fostering the holistic development of infants and toddlers. In this remote role, you will create a nurturing and safe educational environment, both indoors and outdoors. Your responsibilities will include setting personalized development goals for each child, assessing their progress, and ensuring a... seamless transition to their next educational stage. Engaging parents in their child’s growth and participating in continuous professional development will also be integral to your role. Key Responsibilities • Provide education and care for a group of young children. • Respect and respond to each child’s cultural background. • Focus on individualized learning outcomes based on initial assessments. • Supervise educational field trips. • Attend staff meetings and partake in mandatory training. • Occasionally travel to accompany youth (under 14) to various locations within the U.S. • Carry out other assigned duties as necessary. Required Skills • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a commitment to the growth of infants and toddlers. • Energetic and empathetic leadership capabilities. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Basic computer proficiency. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development with a concentration on Infant and Toddler Development. • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as an infant or toddler teacher/caregiver. • Possession of a State Teacher Certification. • Valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, and liability insurance required. • Familiarity with Early Childhood Education models and standards is advantageous. • ESL Certification and a Master's Degree in Education are additional preferred credentials.
