Position: Pharmacy Patient Advocate Representative Pay Rate: $21 hour Location: Remote - equipment provided Start Date: Monday, November 11, 2024 Duration: Temp to Hire Training Schedule: 4 weeks - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST Work Schedule (after training): Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm CST Job Description: As a Patient Advocate Representative, you will be the personal advocate guiding members through the complexities of prescription management to ensure cost-effective access to vital medications. Your compassion and expertise will bridge the gap between members, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies. Your responsibilities will include: Empowering clients and members to maximize program benefits Providing skilled triage and care coordination Collaborating with internal and external teams Handling inbound and outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies Efficiently managing forms and data to facilitate patient assistance Resolving issues with empathy and adherence to compliance standards Requirements: 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry Proficiency in a high-volume call center environment ACTIVE Pharmacy Technician Certification REQUIRED - will be verified Strong organizational skills and independent work capabilities Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in immediate and unique situations Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Salesforce High school diploma or equivalent Our Selection Process: Background Check Drug Screening Clerical Testing Interview Process Please note: Only candidates with specialty pharmacy experience and a Certified Pharmacy Technician license will be considered.
