Position Overview: As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our valued customers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
