Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide a warm welcome while aiding customers with their vehicles, including fueling and washing, to create a favorable impression. • Prioritize vehicle inspections to assess and address any issues pertaining to the readiness of tires, fluids, or any other maintenance requirements. • Ensure that the facilities are hygienic and hazard-free, providing a setting that promotes health and safety. • Develop new skills by participating in training and coaching programs that equip you with the knowledge needed to carry out minor maintenance tasks. • Promptly execute designated assignments and tasks under the guidance of managers • One of the key responsibilities is to assign tractors and trailers efficiently, ensuring maximum utilization and minimum downtime. • Accurately coupling and uncoupling heavy-duty trucks involves correctly joining tractors and trailers. • Organize and supervise the distribution of loaded containers to allotted staging zones and ensure the prompt delivery of empty trailers to the loading bays. • The maintenance of cleanliness and appearance requires a minimum of 15 units to be washed and detailed weekly.
