Telehealth Practitioner (Work From Home)

We are looking for licensed Nurses, Behavioral Health Professionals, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and Holistic Practitioners to perform telehealth services. This role involves both asynchronous and synchronous patient interactions, remote patient monitoring, preventive care, post-operative follow-ups, diet planning, behavioral health counseling, and routine evaluations. Key Responsibilities: • Telehealth Services: Deliver asynchronous and synchronous telehealth consultations. • Patient Monitoring: Utilize remote patient monitoring tools to track patient health. • Preventive Care: Develop and implement preventive care strategies. • Post-Operative Care: Provide follow-up care and support for post-operative patients. • Diet and Nutrition Planning: Create personalized diet plans for patients. • Behavioral Health Counseling: Offer counseling and support for behavioral health issues. • Routine Evaluations: Conduct regular health evaluations and assessments. • Independent Practice Management: Act as a practice owner, managing patient care independently, including handling insurance direct payments.

Requirements

Requirements: • Licensure: Must be a licensed or qualified healthcare professional. • Compliance: Ready to comply with SAM UEI, OSHA, HIPAA, and other required state regulations. • Experience: Previous experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred. • Flexibility: Ability to work part-time or full-time based on availability. • Patient Load: Manage a caseload of 200-500 patients per month.
