As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be selling life insurance exclusively to individuals who have already expressed interest in obtaining coverage. This means no cold calling or pressure tactics; you will be provided with leads of people who are actively seeking assistance. The position is commission-based, allowing for significant income potential based on your efforts. Part-time agents can expect to work 15-20 hours per week and earn between $2,500 and $5,000+ per month, while full-time agents can work 35-45 hours per week and earn upwards of $7,000 to $12,000+ per month. The company offers comprehensive training and mentoring from experienced agents, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to earn raises every two months, gain equity in the company, and potentially own your own agency. Requirements • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. , • Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently without supervision. , • A valid insurance license is required (willingness to obtain one if not already licensed). , • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity are essential. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. , • Existing insurance license is preferred but not required.
