You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and acquiring staffing, and recruitment contracts. Responsibilities Responsible for acquiring staffing & recruitment contracts which includes identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of sales, business development, account management experience, or similar role. Positive and professional demeanor, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, impeccable communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
