Acquisitions Follow Up Specialist (Virtual)

Job Type: Full-time Salary(USD): $5.00 per hour (Base Pay) Would Increase to $6.00 After 6 Months Commission: 0.5% per deal passed off and signed, increasing to 1% per deal after first 10 deals closed. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to all leads in the queue. • Overcome objections on the phone. • Schedule and conduct appointments for our acquisition closers. • Manage leads and follow up with prospects diligently. • Update and stay on task using the CRM(Podio) daily until deals are signed. • Work weekends as new leads come in, reach out to them and take inbound calls with a higher pay rate. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate wholesaling is preferred. • Quick on your feet. • Acquisitions/Cold Call experience preferred • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Ability to connect with a variety of personalities. • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. • Independent and self-motivated. • Effective communicator (oral and written). • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Team player who thrives in a tight-knit company where activities directly affect the bottom line. Requirements: • Consistent high-speed internet connection. • Stable and quiet work environment for making calls. • Strong English-speaking skills, also Spanish is a bonus • Must have Time Doctor on Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST.
