We are currently seeking a part-time, contract Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing data trends and providing insights that will help our users grow their investment knowledge. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance our product offerings and improve user experience. Join us at BiggerPockets as we work together to reach our full potential and help others achieve their real estate goals.Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant analyses Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various initiatives Support the marketing team with data analysis related to user engagement and campaign performance Evaluate and improve existing data collection and analytics processes Participate in regular meetings to discuss data-driven strategies and initiatives Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with web analytics tools such as amplitude strongly preferred Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail A proactive mindset with the ability to work as a consultant on a part-time basis Contract Details $50 - $70 / hour based on experience 3 month contract with the possibility of extension Schedule Core Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 4pm MT) Roughly 20 hours per week within core hours LocationRemote - US Based Apply Job!
