Skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) • Strong prioritization and analytical skills • Flexible and adaptable to changes in projects or business environment • Accurate typing speed of 60 WPM Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to Division Managers and/or Business Managers • Prepare and edit communications, make travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings • Maintain office coverage including replenishing supplies and phone coverage • Greet and assist visiting colleagues, vendors, clients, and customers • Ensure timely completion of special projects through appropriate task coordination • Organize group meetings, schedule dates, prepare agendas, and arrange refreshments • Facilitate information flow between Division Manager, Business Manager, and others Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in administration, preferably within the technology industry • Well-organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Education Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required Education Requirements Credential Category • High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role • Preferred experience within the technology industry Why work in Cincinnati, Ohio Cincinnati offers a vibrant community with a rich cultural scene, diverse neighborhoods, and a strong economy.
