School Social Worker – Alpena, Michigan (March 2024 - June 2024) We are looking for a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Alpena, Michigan! This is a great opportunity to provide support to students across multiple schools during a maternity leave. With a flexible schedule and the chance to work with a diverse range of students, this position offers a rewarding experience! Responsibilities: • Provide social work services to students in both high school and preschool settings. • Support students' mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs. • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff. • Manage caseloads and conduct assessments when needed. Qualifications: • Required: Michigan Social Worker License (MI 310). • Experience working with high school and preschool-aged students is preferred. Position Details: • Classroom: 1 high school, 1 preschool, and 2 parochial schools. • Hours per Week: 3-5 days per week. • Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience.
