Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: • Write engaging, clear, and SEO optimised copy for websites. • Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates our design philosophy and services. • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Data Entry and Management: • Accurately enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and our internal database. • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. • Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up activities to ensure information is up-to-date. Research: • Conduct online research to gather relevant information and insights for content creation and project support. • Compile and analyze data to assist with market research and competitive analysis. Collaboration: • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy across all communications and data entries. • Qualifications: • Proven experience as a copywriter, data entry specialist, or in a similar role. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. • Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources. • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good organizational and time management skills.
