As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you're the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night. You uphold a pleasant demeanor as you answer phone calls and assist clients. Whenever someone needs us, you promptly dispatch an available technician and fill them in about the job.
