We’re looking for someone passionate and driven to manage our video content and social media strategy comprehensively. Video Production and Management • Editing and post-production of videos: cutting, color correction, adding captions, special effects, and sound editing. • Preparing materials for publishing: intros, outros, thumbnails, and file formatting. • Creating shorts and reels for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. • Optimizing videos for YouTube algorithms and SEO (tags, titles, descriptions, cards, end screens). Social Media Management • Publishing and managing content on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Bluesky. • Writing engaging posts, descriptions, and promotional content based on provided guidelines. • Planning and executing a publication schedule and content strategy. • Building a community around the brand by interacting with audiences. Analysis and Reporting • Monitoring performance metrics (reach, engagement, views). • Presenting results and analyzing achievements. • Implementing data-driven strategies to improve performance.
