Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to Costco members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more. Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
