Job Title: Lead Endpoint Administrator Location: TBD Job Summary: The Lead Endpoint Administrator will work with the team responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's endpoint devices, ensuring their security, performance, and compliance with company policies. In the lead role, you'll set the example of the level of quality and skills needed to reach the team’s goals. You will report to and work closely with the Sr. Systems Manager responsible for endpoint services. You will also collaborate with multiple IT teams to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot various endpoint devices like desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. You'll develop solutions to enhance how Insulet manages these devices. The perfect candidate is proactive and seeks opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, BigFix, Rapid7, SCCM, and other relevant technologies. • Security Compliance: Ensure all endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards, including antivirus, encryption, and patch/release management. • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint devices, resolving hardware and software issues promptly. • Software Deployment: Manage software distribution and updates across all endpoint devices, ensuring timely and accurate installations. • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of endpoint devices, including tracking asset lifecycle and ensuring proper documentation. • User Support: Assist end-users with technical issues related to endpoint devices, providing excellent customer service and support. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of endpoint devices within the organization's IT infrastructure. • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for endpoint management processes, procedures, and configurations. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Technology Certifications. • Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management or a similar role. • 3+ years working with ServiceNow or other task management system. • 3+ years working in an agile framework using Jira or similar scrum tools. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, JAMF, BigFix, Windows operating systems, MacOS, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, or similar are preferred. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. (Spanish, English, or both). • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Linux operating systems. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
