About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, executing marketing campaigns, and providing academic support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

GCC Administrative Responsibilities • Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure excellent customer service. • Assist with scheduling and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement. Sales & Marketing Duties • Engage with potential clients through social media and online channels to generate leads and drive engagement. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including: • Active posting on social media platforms • Designing and sending email marketing campaigns • Re-engaging with previous clients to build long-term relationships Student Academic Support • Prepare and send academic reports to students following consultation calls, ensuring clear communication of their progress and recommendations. Who We're Looking For Fluent in English & Arabic (Both spoken and written) Currently a student (University/College) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience or interest in social media marketing & sales Ability to work independently and proactively Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms is a plus!
