We’re currently seeking charismatic, knowledgeable, and personable medical students to join our team as MCAT tutors or premedical mentors. Whether you're currently in medical school or an incoming student on a gap year, this is a flexible, rewarding opportunity to make a real impact while earning competitive pay. What You’ll Do • MCAT Tutoring: Help premedical students achieve their best scores by sharing your knowledge, strategies, and study tips. • Pre-Med Mentorship: Guide students through the premedical journey, offering insights into medical school applications, personal statements, extracurricular activities, and more. • Engage with Students: Build connections through one-on-one or small group sessions, addressing their unique needs and challenges. • Inspire Confidence: Provide encouragement and motivation to help students reach their goals. What We’re Looking For • Current medical students or incoming medical students (gap year students welcome!). • At least 10 hours per week of availability. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A deep understanding of the premedical experience and the MCAT. • Charismatic and approachable, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. • Previous tutoring or mentorship experience is a plus, but not required.
