About the position The Credentialing Manager of Accreditation at ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) plays a crucial role in overseeing the assessment and accreditation of credentialing programs. This position requires expertise in ISO/IEC 17024 or ASTM E2659 standards and involves significant responsibilities in managing accreditation processes, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires some overnight travel, both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities • Oversee the assessment and accreditation of ANAB credentialing programs. , • Manage and lead a team in the accreditation process. , • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 and ASTM E2659 standards. , • Develop and implement policies and procedures for accreditation. , • Conduct assessments and evaluations of certification bodies. , • Collaborate with government regulators and industry leaders. , • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. , • Prepare and deliver presentations on accreditation processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; graduate degree preferred. , • Three or more years of experience in ISO/IEC 17024, ASTM E2659, credentialing, or psychometrics. , • Prior experience with accreditation or certification is desirable. , • Experience in leading teams and managing projects. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Ability to balance respect, decisiveness, diplomacy, and tact in interactions. , • Integrity, confidence, and a professional demeanor. , • Understanding of quality principles. , • Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. , • Ability to understand ANAB's management systems and tools. , • Excellent organizational and presentation skills. , • Ability to prioritize projects and pay attention to detail.
