About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Manager to join our team on a part-time, advisory basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment processes for our healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with insurance networks and healthcare practices. As a manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with an innovative team of AI product leaders, physician executives, and clinical experts, gaining firsthand insight into the operations of a fast-growing AI healthcare startup. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the end-to-end provider credentialing process, ensuring providers meet federal and state regulations, as well as payer and facility requirements. • Lead the coordination, submission, tracking, and maintenance of credentialing documents for initial enrollment, re-enrollment, and re-credentialing processes. • Stay informed of changes in credentialing requirements, payer enrollment, and regulatory updates, proactively implementing necessary adjustments to maintain provider compliance. • Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of credentialing processes.

Compensation

This is a part-time hourly contract position. We've provided a pay range. Exact hourly rate will vary based on experience. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in provider credentialing & enrollment • Experience managing a billing team • Strong familiarity with healthcare credentialing processes, payer enrollment procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Ability to troubleshoot issues, follow up on pending items, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
