Job Overview: We are seeking candidates for the position of HR Business Partner - Headhunting Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will currently be in such a managerial position within the United States and have extensive experience managing recruitment solution agencies in the U.S. Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred for this role. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee relationships with headhunting vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Develop and implement strategies for effective vendor management, including performance evaluation and contract negotiation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and requirements, and coordinate with vendors to fulfill those needs. • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements, addressing any issues or discrepancies as needed. • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding vendor management processes and best practices. • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of vendor partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in headhunting vendor management, and incorporate relevant insights into company practices. • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing recruitment solution agencies or similar vendor management roles, preferably within the United States. • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is highly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
