Daily Property Claims 1099 Independent Adjuster
NCP Property Claim Adjuster - We are currently seeking qualified adjusters for local daily work with a possibility of CAT travel, if desired. This adjuster will be tasked with investigating and evaluate property claims for a multiple clients pursuant to client and company direction. Provide timely, accurate, fair, and professional service to all insured parties while maintaining a pending claim count. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of field experience and meet the qualifications listed below but we are also open to training the right candidate who might not have all requested qualifications: Skills & Qualifications: An active property adjuster license for Nevada is required and preferably Arizona Strong written and oral communication skills Prompt communication and reporting Ability to operate various types of computer programs (ex: MS Office, Adobe) Xactimate proficient with an active XA subscription Knowledge of construction and insurance coverage & regulation Experienced in wind, hail, theft, fire, and water losses in residential and commercial claims Have reliable transportation Must be willing to physically inspect reasonably accessible one to three story roof claims using your own appropriate equipment Industry designations such as AIC, HCI C/R, IICRC, SCLA, or CPCU are beneficial but not required Job Type: Contract Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
