About the position Chobani is seeking a proactive, organized, and self-motivated Legal Coordinator to provide professional administrative and operations legal support to the in-house Legal Department. This role involves managing legal documents and contracts, supporting project management, and responding to business requests related to legal inquiries. The Legal Coordinator will assist attorneys and paralegals by maintaining the contract management system and performing data analytics for the Legal Department. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Chobani's contract management system, including data entry, metadata updates, permissions/access, and reporting. , • Review a wide range of commercial contracts and distill key data for the contract management system. , • Manage reporting processes for tracking contract expirations/renewals and additional reporting obligations. , • Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and other departments, responding to various requests. , • Educate the business on contract management matters and provide training on the contract management system. , • Assist the Legal Department with process improvement projects to increase efficiency. , • Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows for certain departments. Requirements • College degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. , • Experience with legal agreements, contractual terms, and contracting processes. , • Technology-savvy with experience in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful with strong follow-through skills. , • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. , • Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving. , • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage projects and provide high customer service. , • Ability to operate autonomously while being a collaborative team player. , • Strong desire to learn the business and function integrally as part of a team. , • Ability to manage multiple client demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. , • Confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
