Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor (Remote) Are you an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting 100% remote position available for a talented individual to join a dynamic financial services team... In this role, you'll review loan applications, ensure all necessary documents are included, and make informed decisions on loan approvals or denials. If you have at least 2 years of experience in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, or Jumbo loans and excel in organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with Encompass is a plus but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and documentation to assess creditworthiness and determine loan approval or denial. Calculate ratios and set up debt payment plans as needed. Conduct interviews with applicants to evaluate financial eligibility. Monitor and review active loan files to ensure all documents are complete and address any issues that arise. Recommend suitable products based on the customer's needs and organizational guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients to request or provide information. Apply professional judgment to identify promising loan opportunities and manage risk. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and lending regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the consumer loan industry. Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and banking software. Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment. Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales competencies. In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect lending products and practices. Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, or Jumbo loans is required. Encompass experience is highly desirable.
