Experienced Loan Officer with DSCR Loan Expertise – Sales & Lead Conversion

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer with expertise in DSCR loans or mortgage lending to join our team. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong sales skills who can effectively handle leads from email campaigns, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound leads promptly via email and phone. • Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, provide excellent service, and guide them through the loan process. • Pre-Qualifications: Review client information and issue pre-qualification letters for DSCR loans. • Sales & Conversion: Convert leads into clients, ensuring a high success rate for closed deals. • Pipeline Management: Organize and track all leads, ensuring follow-up at every stage of the sales process. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline loan processing and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in DSCR loans or mortgage lending. • Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and convert leads into clients. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Organization: Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively. • Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and email campaign tools is a plus. • Licensing: Loan officer license or equivalent certification is preferred. Compensation: • Base Salary: $1,000 per month. • Commission: Competitive commission structure on closed loans.
