We have a full-time position available at our Newport, NH location as Digital Banking Specialist. The Digital Banking Specialist responsibilities includes a variety of duties in support of all digital banking products and services including, but not limited to: online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal and external customers in support of our online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit services. • Process daily reports for online banking including new enrollments, closed accounts, and records with no open accounts, as well as mobile banking reports to add mobile deposit. • Participates in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to digital banking products and services. • Become Knowledgeable in all aspects of online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking • Works with key vendors when troubleshooting issues related to domestic and international wires This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills: • High School Diploma of Equivalent • Previous banking experience desired, but not required • Ability to work as a positive team member in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, as well Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability and Protected Veteran.
