Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and driven students to join our team as Campus Sales Representatives in a remote capacity across various campuses nationwide. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in fostering robust relationships with fraternity and sorority chapters, facilitating their access to high-quality, customized apparel. Key Responsibilities • Establish connections with t-shirt chairs and decision-makers within campus fraternity and sorority chapters. • Articulate the advantages of our custom apparel services, emphasizing the absence of order windows, no minimum order requirements, and expedited turnaround times. • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and campus chapters, ensuring seamless communication during the ordering process. • Remain attuned to campus Greek life trends, identifying potential opportunities to address apparel needs or provide promotional products. • Meet sales objectives by securing apparel orders and earning commission based on your sales performance. • Offer insights on market trends and customer preferences to enhance service offerings. Required Skills • Strong connections within the campus Greek life community. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. • Persuasive and capable of building rapport to influence others. • Self-motivated and passionate about initiating and developing relationships. • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently. Qualifications • Current enrollment as a student at a college or university. • No prior experience is required; however, strong ties to Greek life are preferred.
