Join our Proximity Marketing team focusing on impactful customer interactions! About the Role: As a Proximity Marketer, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll engage with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is a full-time sales and marketing position with opportunities for growth and advancement! Key Responsibilities: • Neighborhood Outreach: Report to designated neighborhoods across Westchester County and Stamford, CT. • Lead Generation: Work diligently to generate qualified sales leads through effective door-to-door outreach. • Product Knowledge: Educate potential customers about our services and products. • Appointment Setting: Schedule free in-home consultations with our sales team to demonstrate and quote based on the homeowners’ needs. • Professional Representation: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism representing Renewal by Andersen. What We’re Looking For: • Energetic Personality: Outgoing with a strong work ethic and professionalism. • Experience: Background in sales, hospitality, canvassing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory! • Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection. • Motivation: Self-driven with strong negotiation skills focused on results. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet goals and metrics set for you and/or the team.
