IL Licensed Child/Adolescent Therapist (Remote)
IL Licensed Child/Adolescent Therapist 1099 Role! Minimum of 5 hours per week, with no maximum limit. You can increase your hours as much as youd like. Fully remote role and team Customizable caseload: build your own schedule Referral Program: When you refer someone to work with us, you'll receive $500 when they start and another $500 on their 1-year anniversary! Needed Coverage: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CT Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm CT Rate: Flat rate for each appointment completed, determined by the CPT code submitted. 90791 (55 minute Initial Assessment): $85 90837 (55 minute Patient Session): $85 90834 (45 minute Patient Session): $60 90846 (30 minute Family Session): $60 90832 (30 minute Patient Session): $40 Note: Documentation & Admin time are figured into these rates. Late Cancellations: Paid 50% of scheduled visit rate for No Shows or Late Cancellations occurring up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. What We're Looking For Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in IL (multiple state licenses preferred). Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
