We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive In-House Accountant who will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial records. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable to guarantee timely payment of invoices. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection follow-ups. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Ensure precise financial record-keeping utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with various departments to address accounting-related inquiries. Provide support during audits and tax preparation processes. Required Skills Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) Desktop. Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work independently as well as within a team. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience in accounting or a similar capacity.
