Instructor - Clinical Medical Assisting (REMOTE)

As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Instructor at our institute, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our students, ensuring they excel in their training and successfully enter the healthcare workforce. Responsibilities: • Teach highly engaging live classes over Zoom in the mornings or evenings • Grade student projects and provide feedback as necessary • Communicate regularly with students over email and other community tools • Receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful Qualifications • Medical Assistant Certification (Required) • Bachelor’s Degree in related healthcare field preferred (Required) • Experience teaching Clinical Medical Assisting or Phlebotomy online, with knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising • Experience working as a Certified Medical Assistant in a clinical setting • Experience with digital tools for teaching, teaching in either online or blended/hybrid formats (Blackboard, Canvas etc) • Experience teaching students of diverse backgrounds and abilities • Stellar writing and communication skills • Ability to work 15 – 20 hours per week Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of healthcare education.
