About the position The Outbound Tele Sales Agent - Primary Care is responsible for re-engaging Medicare eligible patients through telephonic conversations, providing guidance and exceptional customer service. The role involves effectively communicating the services offered, documenting interactions, and maintaining quality and productivity standards while working independently. Responsibilities • Win back and re-engage Medicare eligible patients through telephonic conversations. , • Anticipate patients' needs to provide guidance and stellar customer service. , • Describe services offered and sell prospective patients on the clinical care model. , • Document and modify contact notes across multiple systems as necessary. , • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives. , • Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction. , • Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained. Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills. , • Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement. , • Simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts for optimal customer experience. , • Comfortable working in a telephonic intensive environment. , • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. , • Passionate about improving consumer experiences. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree. , • Telephonic sales experience (inbound, outbound). , • Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage. , • Bilingual in English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages.
