Senior Claims Examiner - Commercial General Liability
A well established E&S Carrier is looking to bring on a Senior Claims Examiner who will manage a mix bag of commercial general liability claims. They have authority in all 50 states including Washington DC. They are growing which will lead to a lot of upward mobility in your career. Fantastic leaders in the company that really prioritize individual and team growth! The carriers book of business is Commercial General Liability, primarily made up of Habitational business and General Contractors (i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, Landscapers, etc). The types of GL range from product, construction defect, property damage, bodily injury, assault and battery, slip and fall, and more. They will be moving forward in the next few years with segmenting out the areas of CGL. Policy limits generally reach 1 - 2 million, they are looking to grow their Excess and Surplus business in the coming years. Senior Examiner Need 5+ years of experience handling commercial general liability claims (mix bag) Experience handling complex claims & high exposures Experience writing coverage letters Liability investigation experience HUGE plus if experienced with habitational or General Contractors Handle litigated and non-litigated claims Plus, if you have experience with umbrella & excess Commercial carrier and/or E&S carrier experience They have offices in the following locations - Scottsdale, AZ Richmond, VA Glastonbury, CT Goldsboro, NC Raleigh, NC Charlotte, NC Columbus, OH Duluth, GA This role can be hybrid or remote depending on your location!
