The Warehouse Driver Assistant serves as a valuable team member, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist drivers with loading and unloading merchandise at designated delivery locations. • Secure materials to prevent damage during transportation. • Handle and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality before and after deliveries. • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth deliveries. • Navigate and manage delivery paperwork, including route schedules and delivery confirmations. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines. • Help identify and report any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries or warehouse operations. • Support warehouse operations, including sorting, packing, and staging materials as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery assistance is a plus. • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
