About the Role
This is a full-time role requiring just 30 hours per week, offering amazing medical and dental benefits at a low cost. The target salary range is $70,000$80,000, and you'll enjoy working from home with a comprehensive training plan to set you up for success. 100% paid for medical and dental benefits. MUST have an Illinois address What You'll Do: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely. Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. What You Bring: Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment listed above. Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine centers.
