What You'll Do
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (chat, phone, email). Resolve customer concerns related to orders, accounts, returns, and deliveries. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance metrics. What You Bring A high school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of customer service experience (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and multi-task. Comfortable working independently with a reliable internet connection. Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
