This includes a mix of SEO, merchandising, advertising, problem solving, and client communication. • Worst part of the job - We're moving at 1,000 mph! Growth Path: • This role will eventually move into a Brand Manager Role. The Brand Manager Role is client facing and centered on driving strategy for clients. • You will get a full "crash course" on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and eCommerce! Responsibilities: • Support Brand Managers: Assist Brand Managers in developing and executing Amazon strategies. This includes building strategy decks and assisting with various tasks that aid in pushing client strategy forward. • Communication: Prepare and send frequent update emails to Brand Managers and clients, detailing key success metrics such as sales growth, advertising performance, and other relevant KPIs. • Advertising Management: Assist in launching and managing advertising campaigns on Amazon, including keyword research, PPC management, budget tracking, A/B testing, and goal reporting. • Merchandising Support: Support the implementation of merchandising strategies for brands on Amazon, including catalog uploading and optimization. • Issue Resolution: Initiate and follow up on support cases with Amazon to resolve any issues that arise on Amazon promptly. • Forecasting and Inventory Coordination: Assist in building forecast models and coordinating bulk shipments into Amazon to ensure a 100% in-stock rate, working closely with the team on label creation and inventory forecasting. • Data Utilization: Collect and analyze data from Amazon and other channels to support decision-making processes and strategy adjustments. Core Qualifications: • College Degree • Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills • GREAT personal email management skills. i.e You respond fast to emails. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
