Our fast-growing #product team is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to take ownership of the efood AdTech platform. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, design, and marketing, to build and scale our AdTech platform, ensuring it delivers outstanding experiences for advertisers and users alike. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advertising at efood, driving innovation and business growth across our markets.

What you'll do

• Develop strategy and roadmap: Define the vision for the AdTech platform, focusing on improving ad performance, expanding inventory, and optimizing yield.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with vendors and internal teams to gather feedback and deliver impactful solutions.

•  Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

•  Refine and prioritize product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

•  Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Use data to optimize platform performance and achieve strategic objectives.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of product management experience

• Problem-solving skills: Strong ability to break down complex business problems and visualize data to support decision-making.

• Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to synthesize strategies, build product roadmaps, and execute to achieve business goals.

• Collaboration: Proven success in facilitating planning and decision-making across multiple teams and partners, empowering them to execute effectively.

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

• Agile expertise: Hands-on experience using Agile frameworks like Scrum.

• B.S Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Greek.

Nice to Have

• Professional experience in display advertising, marketing technology, or programmatic advertising.

• Familiarity with key AdTech metrics and platforms.

• Experience with global product management and scaling solutions across multiple markets.
