Listing Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Listing Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and compelling content of our property listings. Your primary responsibilities will include editing and sequencing property photos, identifying properties with unattractive design elements, generating unique and captivating copy for each listing description and title, and updating presentation materials with stunning property photos. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional copywriting skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.

Job Duties

● Edit and sequence property photos to enhance visual appeal and highlight key features

● Coordinate with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of property photos

● Identify properties with lackluster design elements and recommend improvements to attract potential buyers/renters

● Create unique and engaging copy for each listing description and title (ChatGPT or similar tools can be utilized)

● Collaborate with the listing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings

● Update presentation materials with high-quality property photos for various marketing purposes

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve listing quality and effectiveness

● Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

● Liaise with the revenue team for listing optimisation

● Work with the Head of Revenue and Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives to drive direct bookings

● Keep the website content updated

● Proven experience in editing and managing property photos, preferably in a hotel, real estate or related industry

● Strong eye for design and attention to detail

● Proficient in using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual content

● Excellent copywriting skills in English with the ability to generate unique and compelling listing descriptions and titles

● Familiarity with AI-powered language generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for updating presentation materials

● Familiarity of Guesty PMS and Slack is a plus

● Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

● Strong communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

● A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
